What do the different addons do?Another character:
^{you can request for me to draw another character on the canvas. Each additional character doubles the price. Big / complex animals count as another character, children do too.}

Background scenery:
^{a scene for the background + foreground. Example: room, outdoors, sky, sea, flower field.
It will not be extremely detailed to guide the focus to the character.}

PSD/CSP file:

Updated: Dec 18, 2025^{By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Service below. I will not work with you unless you agree to these terms. Any violation may result in permanent public blacklisting.}

I. GENERAL TERMS>Personal Use Only: All commissions are for personal use only; Artwork may be used for personal display (profile pictures, banners, posting on social media with credit, or printing for yourself). Commercial use is strictly prohibited.>I do not provide WIPs, unless you ask. You'll only receive the finished product.
More on this process in section III.>References & Communication: Clear visual references are required. I do not work from just text, Gacha Club/Life, Picrew, AI, or pixel art unless accompanied by additional references or detailed descriptions. If you have a specific pose or composition in mind, please state it clearly.>Wait Time: Commissions may take from 1–2 weeks up to 2 months depending on complexity, queue, health, or personal matters. I will provide updates if delays occur.II. COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY
Violation of these rules is copyright infringement and a violation of DMCA.>I retain full ownership and copyright of all commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership. I may use commissioned artwork to promote myself, post on social media, include in my portfolio, or upload speedpaints/progress content, i will credit the customer for the character(s). Exception: If an NDA is purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.>you may: Use the artwork for personal purposes, Crop or resize the artwork, Print it for yourself, Post it on social media with proper credit: @cryingsataann / sverrechan or a link to my socials.This applies to any WIP or psd/csp file too.>you may NOT: Use the artwork commercially or for profit, Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me, Remove signatures or watermarks when sharing, Modify, edit, trace, resell, or redistribute the artwork without my consent,
Use the artwork for merch, streaming assets, or commercial projects, Use commissions you did not personally order, Run the artwork through AI or use it to train AI (even for personal use).> Speedpaint and progress content may be uploaded by ME ONLY to my platforms.III. PROCESS
> Work begins after full payment. Depending on workload or health, I may not start immediately; you will be informed and put on the waitlist.>WIPs: I do not provide WIPs unless requested. If requested, I will send progress updates and wait for approval before continuing. Stay patient.> Final Delivery: The finished artwork will be delivered via Google Drive. You will receive:-A watermarked version (for public sharing)
-A clean version (for personal use such as profile pictures; credit is appreciated)>File Types: Layered files (PSD/CSP) are not provided unless purchased as an add-on.
Background Variations: You may request different background versions.IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION>Free Revisions:
3 free revisions during the sketch and flat color stages only.
Additional revisions during sketch/flat color stage: $5 each.
Additional revisions after completion: 20€ each. Once the flat color is approved, no major changes will be made unless due to my error.>Errors: Any mistakes made by me at any stage will always be corrected free of charge.>no refunds, unless I cannot work on the commission for any reason, more on this in the PAYMENT section.

RULES

Here are additional rules regarding content I will or won't draw for commissions.
Cw/Tw: I don't censorWill draw:>Human/oids (includes robots,androids,cyborgs,aliens, as long as it is humanoid)
>any gender, age, body, skin color,etc
>armor(see note below.)
> most animals (feel free to ask if unsure)
>furry/anthro
>mild injury, blood, scar, anything that doesn't include guts or dismemberment.NOTE: Complex armor and details add to the cost due to the amount of work they take. Starting at 5€.For reference, hoyoverse-like designs would add 15€ because of their complexity.
Feel free to discuss this with me.Will NOT draw:>Offensive, harmful, weird imagery (racism, homophobia, transphobia, incest, pedophilia, assault, abuse, murder etc.)
>NSFW (including any fetishes or kinks, even sfw)
> Gore (dismemberment, organs/guts, degloving, heavy injury, etc.) Note: By this I mean I won't draw violence. if a character design contains gorey parts, I can draw that.
>sensitive or triggering topics
(Substance abuse, active self harming/suicide, etc)

Payment

PAYMENT & FEES>Payment Method: Full upfront payment is required before work begins. No split payments>Platforms: Payment via Ko-fi or PayPal (5€ processing fee applies; optional to cover). Alternative payment option: Sky: Children of the Light event/seasonal IAPs (must be an active Sky player for several months, for this, visit the "sky commissions" section).> Failure to pay within 48 hours will result in cancellation.>NDA Fee: A 50% Non-Disclosure Agreement fee applies if you request that the artwork not be posted publicly or used in my portfolio.CANCELING/ REFUNDING POLICY> refunds/cancelation only possible if I have not yet finished the sketch or cannot work on your commission in time.> anything after the finished result has NO REFUND.>Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Filing a chargeback will:
Forfeit your rights to use the artwork
Result in permanent public blacklisting (with evidence)
Lead to a formal complaint
