What do the different addons do?Another character:
^{you can request for me to draw another character on the canvas. Each additional character doubles the price. Big / complex animals count as another character, children do too.}

Background scenery:
^{a scene for the background + foreground. Example: room, outdoors, sky, sea, flower field.
It will not be extremely detailed to guide the focus to the character.}

PSD/CSP file:

NDA:

Updated: April 3, 2026^{By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Service below. I will not work with you unless you agree to these terms. Any violation may result in permanent public blacklisting.}

I. GENERAL TERMSCOPYRIGHT & USAGE:
I retain full ownership and copyright of all artwork. You are purchasing a license for personal usage rights only.
> Speedpaint and progress content may be uploaded by ME ONLY to my platforms.YOU MAY:
• Use the artwork for personal purposes (profile pictures, banners, personal printing).
• Post the artwork on social media with clear credit to @cryingsataann
• Crop, resize add filters for personal use.YOU MAY NOT:
• Use the artwork for commercial purposes, merch, streaming assets, or profit.
• Claim the artwork as your own or remove signatures/watermarks when sharing it publicly.
• Modify, edit, trace, or redistribute the artwork.
• AI Training: Use the artwork to train AI models or run it through AI generators (strictly prohibited).
• Commission artwork on behalf of others (you must be the direct buyer OR have proof of their consent).
• Portfolio Rights: I reserve the right to display all commissioned work in my portfolio and post speedpaints/process videos. Exception: If an NDA is purchased, the work will remain private.REFERENCES & REQUIREMENTS
• Visual References Required: I do not work from text descriptions, Gacha/Life, Picrew, AI, or pixel art alone. Clear visual references for character design, poses, and clothing are mandatory.
• Vague Requests: If references are unclear, I will ask for clarification. Failure to provide clear references may result in cancellation.
• Capacity Refusal: I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission if the specific demands of the artwork exceed my current capacity. In this case, a full refund will be issued immediately. I am not obligated to explain the specific reasons for this decision.
• Complexity Check: If, upon review, your character design or requested composition is deemed too complex for the agreed price, I reserve the right to cancel the commission and issue a full refund before work begins. I may offer a revised quote for a simplified version; acceptance is optional.II.COMMUNICATION AND UPDATES
No Progress Updates: I do not provide status updates, "check-in" messages, or WIPs while your commission is still in the queue.I will only contact you when:
• I am ready to start your sketch (to confirm you are still waiting).
• I have completed a stage requiring your approval (Sketch/Flat Color).
• There is an issue requiring your input.Repeatedly messaging for updates, demanding timelines will not speed up the process. It will be considered harassment and will result in your commission being canceled.Platform: All communication must remain strictly on VGen. DMs on other platforms regarding commissions or other services will be ignored.
• Dispute Resolution: All payments are held securely by VGen. If you believe I am not fulfilling my obligations, please open a formal dispute through VGen's official support channel. Do not attempt to resolve payment disputes via DMs; VGen staff will review our communication logs and this TOS to make a binding decision.WAIT TIME
My current queue is extra long (≈3 months). My ability to work is subject to unpredictable, severe personal health circumstances. I cannot provide specific start dates, completion dates, or weekly progress updates.
• Silence: Periods of silence (days or weeks) indicate a health crisis where I am unable to work or communicate. I will not respond to messages during these times.
• Health Pauses: If a health crisis occurs, my queue will be paused indefinitely. I may post a general announcement on my profile stating that the queue is paused. I will not provide individual updates.
• If You Cannot Wait: If you need artwork by a specific date, only commission me at least 2 weeks before that date.
• or if you are unwilling to wait through potential delays due to my health, PLEASE DO NOT COMMISSION ME.III. DELIVERY AND FILESFinal artwork will be delivered via VGen and cloud storage (Google Drive).What You Receive:
• A watermarked version (for public sharing).
• A clean, high-resolution version (for personal use).
• you may request a transparent background version.• File Types: Layered files (PSD/CSP) are not included unless purchased as a specific add-on.
• Backgrounds: Simple backgrounds may be requested. Complex backgrounds require an additional fee.IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION>Free Revisions: 3 free revisions are allowed during the sketch and flat color stages only.
Paid Revisions: Additional revisions after the flat color
stage: 10% of the total commission
fee per revision.
Revisions after final delivery: 50% of the total commission fee per revision.
Limitations: Once flat colors are approved, no major changes (pose, composition, character design) will be made unless the error was mine. Any mistakes made by me will be corrected free of charge..>Errors: Any mistakes made by me at any stage will always be corrected free of charge.>no refunds, unless I cannot work on the commission for any reason, more on this in the PAYMENT section.

> Gore (dismemberment, organs/guts, degloving, heavy injury, etc.) Note: By this I mean I won't draw violence. if a character design contains gorey parts, I can draw that.
>sensitive or triggering topics

Payment

PAYMENT, REFUNDS AND CANCELATIONS• Method: All payments must be made strictly through VGen.
• Terms: Full upfront payment is required before any work begins. No split payments.
• Failure to Pay: Failure to complete payment within 48 hours of invoice creation will result in immediate cancellation.
• NDA Fee: A Non-Disclosure Agreement fee applies if you request the artwork remain private (not posted in my portfolio or social media).
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue through VGen's dispute resolution system is considered fraud. It will result in an immediate ban, a permanent report to VGen and fraud databases, and forfeiture of all rights to the artworkFull Refund ONLY available if:
• I have not yet started the sketch phase.
• I determine I am unable to complete the commission due to health or unforeseen circumstances.
• A health pause occurs and you choose not to wait.No Refund:
• Once the sketch phase has begun, no refunds are provided unless I explicitly state I cannot finish the work due to health.
• Client inactivity: If I contact you to begin the sketch phase or request approval and receive no response within 7 days, the commission will be automatically canceled and refunded. To re-open, a new order and full payment are required, and you will be placed at the back of the queue.
